Do you genuinely enjoy talking with people? Are you naturally organized, love building relationships, and have the ability to help people confidently make important decisions? Do you enjoy wearing multiple hats and being the person who keeps things moving?
If so, we'd love to meet you.
Wills for the People is an estate planning and probate legal practice serving people in Metro Atlanta. We support legacy-minded women, business owners, and families to take control of their future and protect what matters most. Our approach is people-first, and community-driven. We are a solo firm operating virtually in Atlanta and were founded in 2024 by Attorney Whitney Knox Lee.
Our growing law firm is looking for a Part-Time Community Outreach & Intake Specialist to join our team. This is not a typical administrative position — you'll serve as the first impression of our firm, helping prospective clients understand the value of estate planning, supporting the attorney, and building meaningful relationships in our community. This role will start as a contract position with opportunity to become a firm employee as the firm grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a hybrid role. Some responsibilities are performed remotely; others require your in-person presence. Access to reliable transportation is necessary.
Client Intake & Consultative Sales (Remote)
-
Answer and respond to inbound inquiries and build rapport with prospective clients
-
Pre-qualify prospective clients and educate them about our estate planning process
-
Schedule consultations and follow up with prospects who haven't yet booked
-
Help maintain a full consultation calendar
Community Outreach & Business Development (Remote/Hybrid)
-
Contact businesses, churches, social clubs, civic organizations, and professional organizations
-
Book speaking engagements and educational workshops for the attorney, manage events calendar
-
Build relationships with referral partners and networking contacts
-
Occassional assistance on-site during community educational events and workshops, occasionally happening on evenings and weekend days (Metro Atlanta counties)
Reporting & Firm Growth (Remote)
-
Track consultation bookings, conversion rates, and referral sources
-
Prepare simple weekly performance reports
-
Identify opportunities to improve client experience and marketing effectiveness
